We regret that the handling of your shipment with Alaska Air Cargo made it necessary to file a claim. If you wish to file a claim for missing or damaged goods or for a service failure, please use the online form below to initiate a claim. Claims not submitted through the online form below are subject to automatic denial.
If you have not received email confirmation that your claim has been received by our claims team within 24 hours of submittal, or if you have any questions, you can reach the Cargo Network Support group at CCSupport.Claims@alaskaair.com.
Filing a claim for missing or damaged goods
All claims must be made in writing, utilizing the claim form below, within fourteen (14) days after the date of acceptance of the shipment by the consignee.
Exceptions:
Claims for hidden damage or loss, discovered by the consignee after leaving the cargo facility or airport, must be reported within fourteen (14) days after delivery of the shipment.
Claims for overcharges must be made in writing within ninety (90) days of receipt of billing.
The consignee must hold the shipping container, packaging and contents in the same condition as when damage or loss was discovered, for possible inspection by Alaska Air Cargo or its agents.
All transportation charges must be paid prior to claim consideration.
