The TSA requires every customer to be a Known Shipper.

There are a few exceptions that will allow shipments to be accepted from unknown shippers.

These exceptions are:

• If the shipment is moving entirely within the state of Alaska, or
• If the shipment weighs under 16 oz. total, or
• If the shipment may be moved entirely on freighter flights, or
• If you are shipping a live animal using our Pet Connect service

Some items have special packaging requirements or might not be allowed to ship. Please visit our Special Handling pages to ensure your shipment is eligible.

Common items that require special handling include:

• Dangerous Goods such as batteries, dry ice, hairspray, paint, household cleaners, oils, etc.
• Human Remains
• Seafood
• Perishables
• Wild Game
