We’ve upgraded the technology that runs our business to improve internal operations and make it easier for our customers to work with us. Our system now provides an end-to-end view of all cargo activities and sets the stage for more improvements in the future 

What's New

  • More notification options: Sign up for AWB email notifications in the tracking tools and receive updates on a shipment’s status every step of the way. 
  • Improved shipping details: See where your shipment is – from tender to manifest to flight arrival to the moment it’s received at the warehouse and ready to pick up. 
  • View flight schedules and capacity: Check nonstop and connection itineraries, aircraft type and general capacity availability without logging in. If you have an account with us to book online, the system will automatically calculate available capacity for your shipment based on the shipment detailsIf you are calling us to book your shipment, please check aircraft dimension charts first to ensure your cargo will fit before you call. * 
  • Product updatesGeneral Freight is now booked to a flight. This service remains a deferred product, but you will be able to book more General Freight capacity across our network. 

*Note: Shipments containing human remains and live animals must be booked through our cargo call center.
