Welcome to our booking system. Log in to access space availability, schedules, obtain quotes, book shipments and manage notifications.
If you’re a first-time user of our online booking system,
- Click New User and complete the online user access request form. Please have your customer identification number (CID) available if you are an existing shipper and have been assigned a CID.
- After submitting the user request form you may elect to apply to become a known shipper, or select no if you are already a known shipper or do not wish to apply to be known. For more information about becoming a known shipper please visit our Known Shipper page to learn more.
- You will receive an email confirming the approval of your log in access within 24 hours. Please note, this approval is for access to the online system only, and is not approval of your known shipper application if you chose to apply.
- If you chose to apply to become a known shipper, please refer to our Known Shipper information page for the next steps.
Unless your shipment is eligible to ship under one of our exceptions, the TSA requires all shippers who wish to transport their goods by air transport with Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air to be Known.
Pet Connect, AVI, Human Remains and all Interline shipments with partner airlines must be booked through our Cargo Call Center at 1-800-225-2752.
